I have been wondering whether, with all the new data available, there's a way to rate a player's positioning, based on how close he is, on average, to the landing/stopping/catching place of a ball hit to his part of the field. Eventually, if such a thing were to exist, it seems like it could be combined with UZR to provide a more accurate snapshot of a player's true range.

Max Scherzer, Clayton Kershaw, Chris Sale for sure for me, then also probably David Price, Chris Archer, Stephen Strasburg, and maybe Gerrit Cole, Carlos Carrasco. For all his velocity, other pitchers have broader arsenals.
