I know it's early, but given how Daniel Murphy has been performing since the postseason.. would you contribute his performances for what I'd say is a change in his approach or just some continuous streak of luck? He's walking more, striking out more, and hitting for more power, which sounds like a major change in approach from his high contact rate and doubles days prior

As you get older, you pull more, and it's a (temporary) source of power. Usually pitchers adjust.

Short term I really like him. Change is finally a legit third piece. 28 and in Seattle. Longer term.. he's older than you might think, and how long is he going to be in Seattle, seems a movable piece if they suck.

Wow. Ouch. 91.7? That's barely average for a righty. I didn't know it was down so much. He's got a lot of good pitches still, but he's 33 and this velocity has been dropping for a while. Doubt he's top 25. Top 50.
