You'll need: bread (1-2 slices), peanut butter, and jelly. Stir your peanut butter beforehand to soften it and make it easier to spread. Spread peanut butter evenly onto one slice of bread using a knife. Go "nuts" with however much you prefer. Spread jelly onto the other slice of bread. Press the two slices together. For a fun treat, put Eno in the middle of the slices! Mmm

I'd say the Royals' rotation looks like it has a lot of leaks. Given how well Duffy has been pitching in relief do you think they'd consider stretching him out and installing him in the rotation. Lots of good numbers to back up the possibility.

Except that, when he was a starter, none of his pitches ranked as above-average in either GB or whiffs. He needs that plus velocity and to not have to throw that change.

Maybe a step below on power or maybe the home park is a factor there in our appraisal. Belt does not have the same brain, but the experience has finally gotten him to a point where he can go oppo and also pull for power when he needs to.

Cutter's changed movement and he's not commanding it. That sound simple, but knowing wether or not he'll fix it is not. I'll buy if it's as simple as picking him up off wire, and I'll hold on my bench, for a bit. He used to have good command!

I've hit the point where I like everyone on my roster better than dudes on free agency, but I still want to add people. The trick is to do 2-for-1s and clear room, but owners havd caught on to the "always get best player" mantra. How do we get above and beyond this, Eno? What's the next step in boning the competition and winning our leagues?

Push it so that you're just barely improving a player and throwing away the second player, basically? You have to throw in their second player so it's not an obvious two for one, and then make the margins so close that they think, hey, I can get this player for free because I like his 'best player' better than my 'best player.' The other way is to stream, even position players.

THOR! But also, he had his elbow "checked" a couple weeks ago? And Matz has "elbow discomfort" or "forearm tightness" depending on who is asked. Oh and David Wright can't make throws and its hurting him. I said they should have moved him off third, and yet I was scoffed at. Yes, they are currently in first, but the Mets are screwed!
