They're getting closer. Healy/Semien/Lowrie are a Wendle/Pinder breakout from being a decent infield. Davis/Vogt capable. Graveman a fine 3/4, Cotton and Manaea have frontline and huge breakout potential. Add a healthy Gray and another bullpen addition (they seem to buy one every year), and that at least looks like .500 to me.

The biggest determinants of park factor are temperature and altitude, I believe, so about the same. Unless the walls are nutso.

Yeah, the home pitcher knows exactly when he'll pitch and the away pitcher has to sit. I've seen some pitchers talk about changing up their pregame to account for this.
