la folie is pasteurized -- it will change with age, but not like other sours. unpasteurized sours (as most of them are) will really evolve with time, and for the better!

Well if Merritt is a dude... I don't know. I like Bauer, but I know others thing he's not great and his overall results so far have been below league average. Merrit's stuff doesn't look attractive, and Tomlin gets blasted every few starts because of soft stuff he throws into the zone.
