I can't do this to you. I'll keep chatting. It's too much fun.

Eric Hosmer or Greg Bird for strictly an offensive standpoint for the next few years?
Eno Sarris
12:01
Bird. Hosmer too married to his BABIP.
Kyle
12:02
Austin Hedges or Blake Swihart from a pure offensive standpoint for the next few years?
Eno Sarris
12:02
Swihart.
bob
12:02
the mets should add who this offseason?
Eno Sarris
12:03
Probably coming in a trade. If they sign someone, should be a reliever like Ziegler, Hudson, maybe a lefty like Logan or Wood. There are a few relievers out there still.
12:04
There just isn't a great fit in center. They need defense, and nobody other then maybe Austin Jackson fits that mold in center.

predict a Kendall Graveman trade for a CF
Eno Sarris
12:05
Not sure he's enough to get a center fielder. The Rockies are asking for an Eaton trade, and Graveman is not the foundation for that.

Hi Eno. First and foremost, congrats on the new gig. Even though us baseball fans get less Eno,we're all super happy for you. Here's my question: Jose Altive has been the cornerstone of my team for the past three years, two of which led to a championship. Going into 2017, I wonder if it's finally time to jump ship. He's going to be the most expensive player to go at my auction, his 7 SB in the second half scare me, and I much preferred him as a lead off hitter than potential #3 in the order. Am I overreacting here or is there good reason to be concerned? Thanks!
Eno Sarris
12:05
Still only 26. It's better be to a year early than a year late, but even a 20/25 Altuve is going to have a ton of value.

You mentioned on a sleeper pod awhile back that you'd sell carrasco in dynasty...how aggressively? He's my sp3 in 16 team h2h. Hope you will still rank sp on The Change!
Eno Sarris
12:08
If you're selling like an SP1, this is the time. His velo is down again, strikeouts, too, and it's not great command, so he may not age that well. Add in one TJ surgery already and the fact that he's only thrown 180 once in his career...

Quintana for bellinger verdugo and de Leon. Who says no?
Eno Sarris
12:09
Dodgers. Not sure if they should, but that's what I think they'd do.

How do the Padres turn the trade pieces they have into an interesting SS?
Eno Sarris
12:09
Wait for rankings list to love their prospects.

Quintana for martes tucker and fisher? Who says no?
Eno Sarris
12:09
I think that's a reasonable deal.

Oh Eno, we miss you at RG. Can we still ask fantasy baseball questions on your chat?
Eno Sarris
12:09
Of course.
Merv Throneberry

Both Eaton and Kipnis are priced similarly low, who should be kept?
Eno Sarris
12:10
Similar offensive players, so I'll take the second baseman.
Fat Kenny G

How come no one is talking about Ryan Howard? Let the O's sign him, he'll hit 49 bombs, and he's the 2017 AL MVP. What's so hard about this?
Eno Sarris
12:12
Dunno, he's 37 and there are a plethora of younger cheapish power sources still on the market, like Brandon Moss, Adam Lind, Pedro Alvarez, Mike Napoli, Michael Saunders, and Nick Buss.

How highly should the Jays value Marcus Stroman? Seem like the guy the media puts in every potential trade involving the Jays.
Eno Sarris
12:12
I don't see them trading Stroman.

Can you tell us more about your expanded beer gig?
Eno Sarris
12:13
Still working out a lot of details, but soft launch Monday!

Care to share a few American League sleepers as of December 15, 2016?
Eno Sarris
12:17
I'm interested in Adalberto Mejia for his high spin fastball, plus slider, and better feel for his change and opportunity in Minny rotation. Chad Green has good spin and if he trusted that splitter... he's better than the last Green. David Paulino... Andrew Triggs probably has a job in Oakland right now and is not a typical sidearmer in every regard. I love love Ryon Healy. Joey Wendle actually was a league leader type in hitting in line drive angles. Alex Bregman is going to break out big time. High Barrel guys that I believe in that should be cheap: Byung Ho Park, Kennys Vargas (there can be only one), Jorge Soler is going to be okay, Tyler Austin may surprise, here comes Miguel Sano.

I've got a keeper conundrum: 5x5 16 teams and can only keep 3 of: Hill, Duffy, Porcello, Hamels, Melancon, Oh. I am going for a third straight title so long term value is less critical to me than 2017 glory.
Eno Sarris
12:18
Hamels, Duffy... Hill? Last one is tough. Might be okay to take the closer if your league keeps closers.
Ethan
12:18
Are prospect rankings reflective more of potential ceilings or bases?
Eno Sarris
12:18
Most are ceilings.

Like: the idea I could do work while in my car.
Don't like: the idea that I will be expected to work while in my car.
Like: Efficiency of vehicles on the road, this may actually help with traffic created by stupid things like rubbernecking.
Don't like: more vehicles on the road.
