Enooo. Would love to know of some good Kolsch style ales that can be had in the Bay Area. Fort Point has a pretty good one, do you know of any others?
Eno Sarris
1:20
Dammit you took the one I was going to say. I had an excellent one at Loma Brewing, Kevin Youkilis' new spot in Los Gatos.

Who in MLB has the best last name to use as a verb?
Eno Sarris
1:22
Scherzer. Scherz = joke in German.

I "like" Nola and eickhoff too but I see then more as 3, 4 starters (which is nit bad if course). VV is the real deal but can he stay healthy as a starter?
Eno Sarris
1:22
I like Nola more than that. Much more.

You don't even know Mike Soroka's last name either!

I just did a google search for soiffable. Beergraphs is the only english language stuff on the first page of results. Still don't know what soiffable means.
Eno Sarris
1:23
soiff = drink in French. So ... I guess sessionable / easy to drink but people use that a ton.

Pillow talk is after the act of coitus, so I'm curious as to what Alan Rickman's voice can escalate things to? Sandwiches?

Like Sesame Street but scary and gritty. The number 9 goes on a rampage, starting bar fights and messing up spreadsheets.

salad dressing sounds weird, but i don't know what a good alternative would be. salad liduidy squirt juice?

How about Manuel Margot as a fantasy sleeper on the Padres? I see a .270 average with maybe 10-12 HR and 30 SB's. I also think he could be drafter VERY late
Eno Sarris
1:24
Yeah but some leagues with prospect hounds he's gone earlier.

Do you ever find that sometimes the simplest sandwich is the best sandwich?
Eno Sarris
1:25
I don't report those, but I do have my untoasted wheat with sliced cheese and a meat days.

Whats your opinion on the Staten Island Yankees failure to rebrand?
Eno Sarris
1:25
They making mistakes.

RICH HILL is mad that Raindog didn't consider him in his "scariest pitcher to own in MLB". Rich Hill don't play that. Watch out for a 75 MPH curve ball at the dome son.

W Difo looks to be a good sneaky steals candidate. Can he produce in if called upon due to injury? like, how good is the bat?
Eno Sarris
1:26
Util at best, bat and glove I think.

For the folks curious about why leverage matters for pitchers and not for hitters, I think the difference is that most good hitters are not deployed based on the situation (you might be platooned by starter, but good hitters are always playing), but relievers are deployed situationally.
Eno Sarris
1:26
yeah that's part of it too.

Are the 2016 Giants proof that WAR undervalues closers?
Eno Sarris
1:26
You didn't need that team to think that WAR isn't great for relievers.
1:27
Try every contract ever signed by a reliever.

The problem with VR is that it's immersive, not social. Baseball to me is a social experience, I can talk about it with the people I'm watching with or people on social media, or at least supplement my viewing with a second screen. VR doesn't allow you to do any of that, which is fine for a video game but not for non-interactive sports viewing

Who's the better starter next year, Graveman or Cotton?
Eno Sarris
1:27
Cotton.

Do you see a fit between Mets and Padres for a trade involving Jankowski and possibly Hand or Buchter with a young pitcher coming back from the Mets?
Eno Sarris
1:27
I guess, but I'm not trading Conforto for that package.
Coppy
1:27
Swanson or Albies, who's better on defense?
Eno Sarris
1:28
I think the team owning them usually gets it right, especially when they've developed both guys in the minors and seen them for a while.

Santiago Casilla's stats weren't nearly as bad as his number of blown saves would suggest. Any chance a team signs him?
Eno Sarris
1:28
Oh yeah, as long as he's not your closer, he's good.

What do you think about deGrom this year? Something closer to 2015 deGrom or 2016 deGrom?
