In a 13 team AL only keeper league where the only 2 closers available are Chapman and Robertson. I have Cam and $99 (out of $260) to draft with a decent starters and bats already. How hard to I push for the 2nd closer with little dollars available?

when a SP is moved to the bullpen, how does this change the timeline for reaching the ML? With all the Braves young arms (high A), some are destined for the pen. Will they arrive quicker than they would have as starters?
