Yeah and they don't focus on one style. They have a hazy ipa, but also great crisp clear ones. I don't always love their sours, but man are they good.

Cain peeked his head in to talk about spin rate, which is very far gone from when he sorta derided me as the guy who comes around with stats. I think it's a good sign, and the guys he trained with this offseason said he got on baseballsavant and checked himself out. He even pointed out that his spin was only okay, and I said if he adjusted for velocity he was actually v good. So now he's throwing sinkers down and four-seamers up and trying to think about spin a little. Could be a little resurgence for the vet.

Was a great day in the clubhouse. Pence acknowledged that I have a fine point of view and he was sorry that he didn't think about the game the same way but that he found it interesting. He just thought he could only 'get quick' basically, and the rest was reaction. Thought that pitchers were naturally more analytical.
