You have high praise for Dan Warthan and his teaching of the slider. Met's pitchers are as a whole, the unhealthiest pitchers in MLB. Is Warthan's slider the root cause?

It's possible, but not because of the slider itself. It seems that the source of the most stress on the arm is velocity, from the most recent research. So they average the most velocity on the slider in baseball...
