I'd buy Kluber (not in dynasties unless year two/three is no big deal), I think I'd buy Verlander, Tanaka, Cole, if someone dropped Nola I'd pick him up. Specifics are way easier.

How much variance is there in a pitcher's movement on pitches? Does a pitches curveball generally have the same drop? Do pitchers with greater variance in movement have a harder time with control/command?

It's generally about the same unless you're talking breaking balls, sliders mostly, those have a wide-ass spread. I tried looking into breaking ball command for the THT annual a while back and it didn't look like it correlated with much.
