Might take a shot on JC there. Although, just noticed that *righties* are crushing Morton now, which is maybe a good sign. Small sample platoon splits are not useful and he's had a problem with lefties forever. Okay, Morton, JC, Wheeler.

Have you done any more research into the potentially decreased drop in Kershaw's slider you noted before? Is it possible that he's actually throwing cutters now (closer to 90mph) that don't drop as much, which are being counted as sliders? If so, what's the deal with the cutter?

In the lower levels, contact and contact alone is more useful because defense is worse, but you still want to optimize your angle for your exit velo.

Most of the research I've seen says you want 50+ balls in play in the bucket, and we're only getting to that for AVG EV. As you get further in, the rest become more interesting.
