Even though Amed Rosario is tearing up the AAA, I feel like for his development he shouldn't be called up at least until September. Besides the Met's having obvious needs, if you were Sandy what signs would signal he's ready to contribute and doesn't have anything left to prove at AAA?

Personally maybe a few more walks and fly balls, but maybe he's not that type of hitter. I saw someone say "I like my fast guys to take walks and my powerful guys to hit the ball" and that's just not how baseball works. You get walks often because they're scared of your power, those two things tightly correlated. So there's a ton of guys that are fast and make a lot of contact and don't have great walk rates. That might be Rosario. Numbers wise, looks ready. could be up in June, would make that team a lot better to have a standout defensive SS with a bat over at short and have Asdrubal at third.
