I hate pop-ups and he's had a problem with that his whole career. But he's been great with pop-ups in the past, so I doubt that's the reason he'll fall apart.

John Lamb. Allen Webster. Stuff guys with minus minus minus command. Maybe have a weakness for guys like Chase Whitley -- multiple offspeed pitches and poor fastballs. Right? List is pretty long. One year, in one league that kept 500 players, I drafted Dallas Keuchel, Carlos Carrasco, Jake Arrieta and Garret Richards with picks 530+.

Yes. Piece coming: dropped arm slot and now slider is legit out pitch, curve is legit different, change always has been good pitch. If I'm wrong it's because he's a Whitley type, but he's a lefty at least.

What do you see from Diaz to assume he gets job back? Just bc bullpen is bad and he's best option. Or he's really good and only needs to cut down walks, etc?

Best option due to being right handed, having gas, striking everyone out. I think a little tweak will get the walks down, and then it'll be obvious he's the guy again.
