Best readily available everywhere is Old Rasputin, and the BA one is usually around too, though a little overpriced for the size. Best for dollar when it's out is Lagunitas High Westified, IMO. I'm a Deschutes Abyss fan.

Just took over a rebuilding dynasty team (20 tm league). I just traded Giolito and Lopez for Amed Rosario and Justus Sheffield. Hated to give up Giolito but had no top tier position prospects. Am I going to regret this?

a) i've heard coaches say that a pitcher is reducing velo on purpose to improve control. what % of the time do you suppose this is true?
