Yeah that changeup was nasty. If people don't swing at it, he'll have some walk rate issues, but that's why we all love him.

I mean, he's basically got an average fastball by velocity, and though his sinker has good sink and run, it only gets average ground balls and well below average whiffs. What happens when he's throwing 91 on average? 90? Don't necessarily sell if you're going to be competitive next year, but if not...
and I love Kluber's breaking balls, don't at me.

Kershaw has made three straight starts that point to him becoming the destroyer of worlds once again, Wood had another dominating start last night, and Hill has looked like the pitcher from last year this month outside of a rough start in cleveland.  Can a rotation of Kershaw/Wood/Hill get the job done in the postseason?

You can even have a negative FIP for a while because of the league adjustment. But on a one-game level, it's just a quirk of the stats.
