Agree, with one asterisk: I think the precedent here is for regular season games, so doing the math there -- how many regular season games is a world series game worth -- might have been over his head or opened up a new can of worms. One that should probably have been opened.

Probably best thing to do is suspend him five and give him right to appeal.

I'll write on those, because yeah, it wasn't a ton of pitches -- Jansen is the one in the top five for pitches in a WS -- but in terms of fatigue units, consecutive days with one day or less, things like that, Morrow set records.
