We underrated communication skills in this business. My wife's middle school kids are learning how to code, that's not going to be a skill that separates you in 5 years.

Question: Do you think you would be quicker to become a scout in another sport of which you have very little knowledge than the average fan of that sport? Like if you had to be a rugby scout for your career would you be better at it more quickly than an average rugby fan who knows a decent amount about the sport but has no scouting training?
