Don't think they'd trade Paddack, Espinoza isn't likely to be asked for because has hasn't thrown, Morejon probably the best bet of those three to be moved I guess

because of how distributions within a population work. Based on the methodology you mention, either a) Scherzer is a #1 and so is the Orioles' best pitcher or b) Scherzer is a #1 and so is the 30th best pitcher in the Majors, which is like JA Happ or Charlie Morton or someone like that, and that gap is too big for that to make sense
