Is there actually any correlation between pitcher size and how prone to injury they are or is it just a narrative made up by the less analytic folk?

torque is a measure of stress on the arm, lever length is a variable in that equation, longer-armed pitchers (ie taller ones) have longer levers. There's a chance shorter pitchers are actually better bets to stay healthy
