good one. of those unsigned right now I'd give you Po Yu Chen, from Taiwan. Sits 90-92, above average changeup, solid average curveball at times, starter traits.
of guys who signed recently, Reggie Preciado is the frame/switch-hitting shortstop from Panama. Highest ever bonus from there.
