Unless the stuff or tools go way up or down inexplicably I think patience is important. Guys who make seamless transitions are exceptionally rare.

I like Gerber but had concerns about him vs LHP in AFL. Think the glove might be good enough to play him everyday, and live with him vs LHP. Stewart is going to swing and miss a ton but the power probably makes up for the ills there, even if he's just an average regular.
