Post-draft, do you (or scouts) ever allow for SSS performance to alter your thoughts on a player pre-draft? For example, Bo Bichette tore the cover off the ball over 22 games w/ 15 XBH. Would anyone value him differently now compared to early June?

Drafted players often get as many or more at bats in pro ball than they do in college/high school in the year they get drafted. Why is one considered small sample size, but the other not (no sarcasm, serious question)? Thanks
