How much will spring training and being able to see the guys more recently affect your FV rankings? Will a team in the AL West be better/more accurately represented than a team from a division you did earlier?

Is Arizona the best place in the country to see lots of prospects? What would be #2...Florida?

It is at this time of year (I don't have enough time to do everything I could here) but once ST is over we only have extended and decent amateur stuff. Florida is probably better once the season starts because you've got FSL stuff and extended.
And draft stuff. Amateur talent in FL is better than here.
North Carolina is also on the short list of places I'd like to live to watch baseball. Eastern PA is underrated. Lots of affiliates/leagues within driving distance of, say, Allentown/Bethlehem.

Prospects with dreads are pretty rare. Not long ones, anyway. I think Ronny Brito has shorter ones? Might be him.
