Canada is the most logical, because Canadian investors use US etfs a lot -- we know they come to the site.

But to do it right woudl require some on the ground staff, in Toronto, London, perhaps a few other places.  And at the moment we're just not staffed for that.
But it's on my wish list, for sure.
