What do other players think of pitchers on their own team who never want to come out of the game and complain about being pulled? Seen positively--a sign of competitiveness? Seen negatively--a sign of being a prima donna? Depends on how good the pitcher is? (fine if Scherzer complains, not if some random rookie complains) Or what?

Totally fine. Most professional athletes are intense competitors. They might not wear it on their sleeve like Max. Totally understandable. Zero issue.
