I don't think so, and on a recent EW someone was theorizing that that could be a way for the catcher to buy the pitcher some extra time on occasion.

I would say the Cubs. I think they have the best combo of decent major-league talent and interesting young guys who could come up and make an impact.

it's such a bummer to see Adam Frazier starting for the O's... Vavra, Westburg, Norby, Joey Ortiz, Urias w/ Gunnar at 3rd all would have been more exciting (not to mention that could have used the $$$ to get some more actual pitching)
