We have five FanGraphers in the chat, and I have a few things to do around the house before the 4:10 games I'm keen on watching start, so my chatting day is done. Happy baseball everyone.

Bye, David!

Not sure if anyone cleared up the pitchbox discussion.  Brewers broadcast cleared it up.  Pitchbox not available to anyone in the ballpark but still available for TV viewers outside of the park.

Bye David. Thank you for the continued irrational support of the CLE!

The state of streaming MLB in 2026 is ridiculous. I subscribe to Marquee, but Google tvs do not support their app. It makes absolutely no sense that I can't use my Marquee login info to simply bypass the blackout on the MLB TV app

Yeah, interoperability is still garbage

I asked AI to guess at how many games Dan has on currently and it replied. "Dan has 12 different screens all tuned to the BAL game"... Yes I made this up but it is true in my head cannon.

Only the three!
I'm only half paying attention to the non O's-Brewers games

I have an off the wall question: with McCutchen making the Ranger's roster: if he has a decent season and they win a championship does his HOF case get closer? I know his JAWS isn't quite there, but CF is pretty stacked
AvatarJay Jaffe
3:57
McCutchen enters the season with 43.7 JAWS at a position where the average Hall of Famer is at 58.0 — lower than when I checked in last summer (https://blogs.fangraphs.com/cooperstown-notebook-the-2025-progress-rep...). Even given the fact that the CF standard is a couple points higher than most other positions, I don't think it's gonna matter. Particuarly given his role as a DH, I don't see his score changing much and adding a World Series ring doesn't do a whole lot unless he's one of the centerpieces of the offense.
