Mike Wilbon's opinion on basketball or boxing is to be taken seriously. On baseball, I think he's proven time and again that he is not to be taken seriously.

I trade away AJ Reed+Cobb+Franco and get Zobrist. 5 keeper league. My 5 keepers are Machado, Bogaerts, Arenado, CMart and Mookie. Could also keep Marte or Kershaw or Trout but they get expensive. So it makes sense right?

It makes sense in the sense that you're definitely not keeping any of the three guys you are trading away. I guess I don't know if it helps you for this season as much, though it seems as though you don't need Franco.
