Biggio is almost a throw-in to me, I'm taking the White Sox guys

weren't we in the 6th inning like an hour ago?

Can we get Clay Holmes and Tony Watson on the same team at some point?  That would be a great relief duo for obvious reasons.

I just spent 118 seconds looking for my iPad, which I then realized I was streaming the game on.

Verdugo out at second but nobody in this joint cares!

Oh boy. This one is getting ugly.

Thanks for coming out, Yanks
Kevin Goldstein

That was a specific go to 2nd to get the run home, no?

do the cards have a chance tomorrow?
AvatarDan Szymborski
11:02
ZiPS says 1-in-3. 1-in-3 is a damn good chance!
AvatarJon Becker
11:02
The Orioles would have a chance tomorrow
Kevin Goldstein
11:02
Yes. Every team has a good chance to win any single game.
AvatarDan Szymborski
11:03
O's are way more likely to beat the Dodgers in any single game than Barry Bonds ever was to hit a HR in any single plate appearance

Have to get a kid to daycare at 6:30AM tomorrow.  When am I allowed to turn off this game and go to bed?
Kevin Goldstein
11:04
ET? I think you can stick around.....
5 Run Homer
11:05
Hansel Robles..?
AvatarJon Becker
11:05
We've sorta reached the "eh why not" stage with a five-run lead. Gotta at least sorta think forward to Thursday now, though it's a very tough balance. I'd want Houck to be available though
One pitch, one Robles point!!!
11:06
Also worth noting Robles was nails in September/October, no runs in 12.2 innings
Kevin Goldstein
11:06
ET? You don't need THAT much sleep.
Bill

Hansel. So hot right now. He can be a fireman in the Goose Gossage sense, or the Ray Bradbury Fahrenheit 451 sense and just burn it all down, and you just get no warning whatsoever who you're getting.

Hansel Robles has the worst facial hair in MLB, sorry not sorry
Kevin Goldstein
11:07
Man, you should have seen players in the 90s....

I hope there's a Gretel Robles

So do the Yankees bring back Rizzo after this year?
AvatarDan Szymborski
11:09
I think he was pure rental.
Kevin Goldstein
11:09
I would hope they could do better.
AvatarJon Becker
11:10
The domino effect of signing an actual SS would shift LeMahieu to 1B, if Rizzo was their best infield signing they missed out on a lot in the offseason
Kevin Goldstein
11:10
Why not DJLM to 2B?
AvatarJon Becker
11:11
I was thinking Torres to 2B with Urshela sticking at 3B, but there could be another move with one of those two for sure

11:11
Will Luke Voit be playing for the Yankees next year?
AvatarJon Becker
11:11
In a similar vein; I say no
Marlin Child
11:11
And Gleyber Torres to where?
Kevin Goldstein
11:11
Trade him.
AvatarJon Becker
11:12
Not to get too into the postmortem with three outs left, but this is a VERY consequential offseason for the Yankees no matter what happens here. Great top of the roster as always but the depth just didn't show up often enough
Kevin Goldstein
11:13
Without question one of the most interesting off-seasons to come (if we have an off-season).
