Haven't watched TV for half a year. Not for moralistic reasons or anything––just got bored of it. In the middle of a pandemic I decided it might be nice and provide some relief to watch a ballgame again. It took an hour and a half for the TV to upload all the shizzle and junk it needed to upload since I left and I was like, "nuh-uh," I'll read FG, from here on out. I like the conversation and socialization more than I like the dingers.

If owners propose it for 2021, someone at the MLBPA ought to sit down the players and make sure it's clear that larger playoffs means team quality is less important which means players are less valuable, which means continued downward pressure on salaries.

We obviously haven't played any of the season so it's hard to say this for sure, but at least the playoff field getting expanded happened in a year in which there are 16 teams that have a reasonable playoff roster
