H2H points - Garver or O'Hoppe?
Brad Johnson
1:22
I'd go Garver. Seems finally healthy

Who's the 6th man in a 5 man rotation? Cole, Cease, Nola, Urias, Bieber, McClanahan
Brad Johnson
1:23
Ha! Cease is the one I like least of that group
Dodgers pitchers
1:23
Do you see Gavin Stone getting called up in the next month or two ?
Brad Johnson
1:23
Yeah, probably
1:24
With the caveat that he has to build off his latest outing
he got torched in his first appearance
PCL is hard

Looking to trade pitching for hitting - Eovaldi for JD Martinez? Does that seem in the same ballpark?
Brad Johnson
1:25
Seems OK to me. Core performers.

Hold kopech?  Or drop and add wacha or Heaney?  Redraft
Brad I've asked this question 2-3x but the mods aren't posting it
Brad Johnson
1:26
A general note, I *see* maybe a quarter of the questions and respond to about a tenth. I'm the mod. If I don't answer, it's usually because I don't have anything to add. I try to go as rapid fire as possible.
1:27
I wouldn't do Wacha
As for Kopech and Heaney, no strong opinion from me. I've avoided both this season.

Who gets the call 1st Taj, Gavin Stone or Kyle Harrison?
Brad Johnson
1:27
Stone, I'd guess.

I know it is early, biggest surprise(s) so far for you whether player or general expectations?
Brad Johnson
1:28
The pitching. It's so bad!
I thought more guys would have ironed out the kinks by now.
I also thought the humidors would instigate another hitting outage.
Pick one!
1:28
Who has more upside: larnarch or paredes?
Brad Johnson
1:29
I'm not a big Paredes fan, but I think he has more of a pulse than Larnach
I see Larnach as a newer version of Tyler Naquin
He'll have his moments but isn't really an MLB starter

Vaughn Grissom - what’s your take on his ‘23 outlook when considering likely call up timeframe, playing time at a shallow position, and performance?
Brad Johnson
1:30
He's destroying Triple-A pitching so I think he'll be up before long.
1:31
I don't quite know what to make of Ozuna (he's making some good contact), but Grissom fits much more nicely if DH is available - at least until Arcia comes back to earth.

Dropped Taillon for Eflin, good move?
Brad Johnson
1:31
Yes
1:32
I preferred Eflin all along

With Cruz going down, need a SS depth replacement.  I’ve got avail:  CJ Abrams, Tovar, Ha-Seong Kim, Nick Gordon, Rengifo. Perdomo, and Kyle Farmer to pick from
Brad Johnson
1:32
I'd stream matchups
1:33
That's a large stock of guys in the same general talent range so I wouldn't worry too much if a couple vanish
Brad
1:33
better ROS when back from the IL Nootbar or Seiya Suzuki
Brad Johnson
1:33
I lean Nootbaar, but I really like them both. Especially in OBP.
Brew Crew

Do you think Brian Anderson is legit with a better ballpark and lineup now?
Brad Johnson
1:34
I think he's fine. The kind of good streamer you can hold for a couple weeks at a time in 12-team mixed if there isn't pressure on you to solve another issue.

If Adam Duvall goes on the IL, should I replace him with James Outman or maybe Hunter Renfroe?
