i traded Moreno from my catcher depth (Moreno, Cartaya, W. Contreas) for E. Ruiz. Will he get the call soon?

I have to imagine he will. That trade really doesn't make sense if they're going to cut Lamet and not even use Ruiz to supplement their weak CF rotation.

My guess is they wanted to get him playing every day again before recalling him
It's possible they also had something they wanted him to work on in a more controlled setting
