In The Process, I found out that the key is just to target the relievers with the best projected ERA's. They'll eventually end up with jobs. Once the season starts, start focusing on the K%-BB% leaderboard

Start with some math. $35 x 6 ($210) puts an owner with $50 left  with about $3 per additional player.
