Is Schwellenbach an SP1? Early returns great and there’s hype since last season but the strikeouts don’t seem super high

I'm always hesitant to grant SP-1 status to guys with low strikeouts -- it's a thin line to walk
But Schwellenbach had a 25% K% last season, which is more than enough, especially given his control
