Hey guys. I have picks 1,2,4,5,6,8,9,11 in a 10 team dynasty league. My goal is to go lamb and jeudy first. Then stock up on RBs but that means I would loose out on the top rb. I'm ok with that. What are your thoughts?
Kyle Yates

Goodness. Great question! I'm fine with that! The drop-off between Jonathan Taylor and D'Andre Swift in my rankings is incredibly minimal. You're still walking away with an amazing RB there at No. 4 overall...I can't get over how many high picks that is. Congrats! Hah.

What's going to happen to the TB WRs with Brady? He certainly doesn't air it out like Winston did.
Kyle Yates

I answered this question partially earlier, but I highly doubt the Bucs to throw the ball 580+ times. Chris Godwin is still going to see all the targets he can handle underneath, but Mike Evans is the one who sees the biggest drop-off from a fantasy football perspective. Brady still excels at throwing deep, but it's simply going to come down to volume.

I have the first pick in my rookie draft. Runningback is the biggest need, but I’m not sure whether to take Taylor or Swift?

The good part about this is that you don't have to decide just yet. (Unless your rookie draft is before the NFL Draft, which I do not recommend). Let the NFL Draft play out and find out their landing spots. At that point, you'll potentially have a clearer answer on who you should be taking there. Both are going to be great in the NFL though...two of my favorite prospects in this class.

I have Melvin Gordon as a 6th rd. keeper in a PPR league. Still a steal?
Kyle Yates
1:45
I don't know if I would define it as a "steal", but I don't mind it. Gordon's going to see significant work there, but it's still unclear how much of a role Phillip Lindsay is going to play in this rotation. I do think Gordon's going to be a value this season though and the 6th round is a fine spot to keep him at!

Sell me on mixon. I'm on the fence. I see the workload, but I also see the team he's on.
Kyle Yates
1:48
Absolutely. Mixon being so high in ECR (Expert Consensus Ranking) right now is based on the premise that Joe Burrow will be the starting QB Week 1. If that is the case, this offense takes a massive step forward and will put Mixon in more scoring opportunities. Mixon only had 5 TDs on the ground last year, so if that jumps up even just a couple, he's going to be a top-tier option with his pass catching ability.

Given the weak status of the TE position... Do any TE rookies this year stand out as game changers?
Kyle Yates
1:49
Nope. I like Thaddeus Moss (TE - LSU), but he has an injury currently and is likely to fall in the draft because of it. Brycen Hopkins (TE - Purdue) is the only other one that I think can contribute for fantasy football, but I wouldn't call him a "game changer".

Should I trade aaron Jones away in dynasty this offseason and what should I target?
Kyle Yates
1:51
Yes, I do believe that Aaron Jones is a sell high candidate. However, don't just trade for the sake of trading. My recommended strategy is to throw out a message to your league's group chat and let them know that Jones is available. At that point, look at your roster and what you need to build out more depth and a quality lineup and consider the best offer that comes in.

Similar to Matt, but not as deep, I have picks 3, 11, 17 & 25 in my rookie draft. I've been trying to trade up from 11 to higher in the top 10, what do you consider fair value to move up in draft position?
Kyle Yates
1:54
Great question. This varies league to league. People value Dynasty rookie picks so differently from league to league, so you really need to engage with the owners ahead of you and find out what it would take for them to move back. You may need to part with a player on your roster to help you move up, honestly, but engage in conversation and see what they come back with...

How do you feel about Le’Veon Bell this season? He has tremendous talent but also.. it’s the butt fumble team.
Kyle Yates
1:55
Poor Mark Sanchez. Good talent, but that OL is absolutely atrocious. The coaching is terrible, as well. The old regime brought him in and it's clear that Adam Gase isn't a huge fan. I'm personally trying to avoid Bell everywhere that I can. Too many things working against him for the price that I'm going to have to invest in him. I'll pivot elsewhere.

That's all the time we have for today, everyone! Thank you so much for the questions and for stopping by...we'll be doing this again soon, I'm sure.
