Hey guys, thanks for joining the chat! Look forward to getting to as many questions as possible. Keep in mind that you only need to post your question once and it will go into my queue. I'll get to as many as I can!

Dynasty league keep Tyler Boyd or mike Williams
Mike Tagliere
1:01
I'm going with Tyler Boyd now that he's tied to Joe Burrow in Cincinnati, while Williams has a large question mark for a quarterback.

Rumor has it you selected Elvis over the Beatles in a fantasy Rock Band draft? Please explain the pick....

PS: "Bobby hacked my account" is not an acceptable answer....
Mike Tagliere
1:02
I did, it's true. Elvis was better. I'm not ashamed to admit it.

Hey Mike, ppr 3 keeper league, do I keep derrick Henry or kenyan drake
Mike Tagliere
1:03
I'd be keeping Henry but then trading him to another team so I can snag Drake in the draft. Henry will likely finish as the better overall option with his big performances but Drake will be more consistent in a PPR format.

Hey Mike! I'm in a 12 team dynasty league and I have an offer to receive Derrius Guice in exchange for 1.12, and I really need RB depth behind Jacobs and Fournette. Do you like any rookie RBs that could go that late in rookie drafts? And do you have any thoughts on the Washington backfield?
Mike Tagliere
1:05
It's unlikely that you'll get a starting running back at that spot if your dynasty rookie draft is held after the NFL Draft. Any way you can snag 1.12 and make a trade to move up to the 1.06 range (or just directly ask the owner with a pick in that range)? That's where you should be able to get a starting RB.

Tags! Surprisingly I am having a tough time selling Mike Evans in my dynasty league. I am keeping the price at a reasonable level and I am not sure whether my league mates are more scared of Brady or Chris Godwin. Who would you recommend going for at RB that would be a good swap for Evans (was thinking maybe Miles Sanders and a 2nd round rookie pick)?
Mike Tagliere

There is the link to my trade value chart, which will highlight the fair market value. I'd be looking to get Mixon for him. Not particularly high on Sanders, as I believe Pederson wants to use a stable of backs.

where does matt ryan rate in qb rankings now with the addition of gurley. thank you
Mike Tagliere
1:08
It doesn't change him all that much, honestly, as Freeman was already a solid receiver. The concern with Ryan is that the defense will improve through the draft, eliminating the need to throw so much. He's a low-end QB1 who's stable for a pocket-passer.

Is D J MOORE in DYNASTY A BUY OR SELL?
Mike Tagliere
1:09
It's kind of mixed bag, as I don't think Robby Anderson is good enough to surpass him on the depth chart, but I also have to recognize the Panthers new coaching staff felt it necessary to spend some coin on a receiver. With how bad that defense is, there will be a lot of attempts. I lowered him a touch in dynasty, but he's still a top-15 WR in the format.

is allen lazard worth a late round pick, say round 12?
Mike Tagliere
1:11
Depends on what the Packers do in the draft. As it sits right now, yeah. Adams, Funchess, and Lazard are the top three guys there, but I don't think they're done addressing the position. Rumors are surrounding Denzel Mims, who'd push Lazard out of fantasy relevance.

I am in a PPR keeper league. I can keep three players in the round that they were drafted last year. I am keeping McCaffrey in round 3 and Chubb in round 10. Should I keep Thomas in round 1 or Godwin in round 6?
Mike Tagliere
1:12
Wow, that's a good problem to have. I'd go with Godwin for a 6th. While I almost never say no to Thomas, you're dropping a slight tier (still elite) in order to get a first-round pick back, which you can use to get someone like Thomas.

ECR currently has Metcalf at WR26 and AJBrown at WR15.  I'm thinking there is more love out there for AJB than the actual return will be.  Why is Metcalf so low?
Mike Tagliere
1:13
I'm with you. Metcalf is likely being undervalued, even in redraft. Everyone forgets that he was raw in his route-running coming into the league and it showed early in the year. Once his route tree became more diverse, he surpassed Lockett in production. Now a full offseason with Wilson? He's a stud who might be worth more than Brown, who's stuck in an offense that won't throw the ball 500 times.

Is it worth holding on to my WR7 N'Keal Harry this year on a loaded dynasty team with only 3 roster positions open for draft picks so far, or are there more promising WR talents than Harry available in this historically deep WR draft class which would make him expendable? I picked up Harry as an end of season stash, but even when he got over his injury he didn't do much with his limited opportunities and appears to have difficulty separating in his routes, a red flag. He has blue-chip draft NFL draft capital and a de facto rookie QB in Jarrett Stidham.  Other end of bench cut options just above Harry's roster level on my team include TE 2 OJ Howard, QB 3 Carson Wentz RB 7 David Johnson. Thank you to the team at FantasyPros for keeping us informed about up and coming talent during the offseason.
Mike Tagliere
1:15
You have a stacked team if those are the only options you have available to drop. I would not drop anyone from that group for non 1st-round rookie picks, which I'm guessing you don't have more than three of. I was never high on Harry, but there are plenty who loved him coming out. Include him in a 2for1 swap with David Johnson, then you've created a roster spot and unloading two players you may not ever use.

With where we are at in free agency and based on your own mock drafts, what dynasty defenses do you think will improve the most? Most interested in those rising up to top tiers vice those already there. Thanks!
Mike Tagliere
1:16
I really don't value defense in dynasty, as they change year over year. The Browns are a team that should've been much better than they were. The Broncos are the same.

Besides Hayden Hurst who has the potential to be breakout TEs this season and finish in the top 10 for the position?

O.J. Howard *ducks*
Jonnu Smith
Ian Thomas
Jack Doyle
Blake Jarwin

Hey Tags, what is your early top five quarterback list in redraft? Lamar, Mahomes. Then who you got?
Mike Tagliere
1:18
Right now, my order goes:

LJax
Mahomes
Russell
Kyler
Dak
Rodgers
Thunder Lips

Hey Mike. Keep forever, .5ppr dynasty league. CMC is locked in. Derrick Henry or Ty Hill for the second keeper? Thank
Mike Tagliere
1:18
I'd keep Hill. Henry is now on a one-year deal and we all see how the RB position has been devalued over the last few years. He'll be used, abused, and left for dead.

Which team’s offenses do you think will take the biggest step forward next season?  Any teams you’re targeting players from based on the potential of their offense that people will possibly over look?
Mike Tagliere
1:19
The Bengals. The Bengals. The Bengals. Did I say the Bengals?

Hi Mike! How do you feel about Darwin Thompson this year? Assuming KC will draft a RB relatively early, does Darwin still have a spot on dynasty rosters?
Mike Tagliere
1:20
With all the injuries and lackluster play out of that team last year, he still didn't get on the field. That's worrisome for a running back. I'd look to trade him.
Chris

How much fantasy relevance does Eric Enron have in Pittsburgh
Mike Tagliere
1:21
A bit, depending on what running back they go with in the draft (I'm assuming they do). They'll pass a whole lot more with Ben under center and Ebron should see in the 60-80 target range. Still, he's likely someone you simply platoon/stream.
