1/2 point keeper league with 2 keepers.. who to keep chris godwin.. aaron jones or josh jacobs.. sooo torn
Mike Tagliere
1:02
Chris Godwin is the one for sure. Aaron Jones presents the higher ceiling, while Jacobs has the higher floor, so it all depends on how you like to build your rosters. I'd probably lean Jones, but it's close.

Would you rather blow up a championship caliber dynasty team a year early or ride it out and be the bottom of the barrel for a couple years after?
Mike Tagliere
1:03
There's no guarantee to be good in a few years, even in a rebuild. I choose to win now almost all the time. Things change quickly.

Hi guys. Should you pay attention to last years pace of play numbers in order to draft players from teams with a higher pace of play or should you also draft guys from teams while slow pace of play? Thanks.
Mike Tagliere
1:04
I like paying attention to plays per game, but personnel will determine that in a lot of places. For instance, Kingsbury wanted to run 70-plus plays per game, but the defense was so bad, it wasn't possible. Still, there's something to be said for coaches who always have a low number of plays (looking at you, Adam Gase). Those are the teams that are tough to attack.

If you had to pick four of the top ten players by (dynasty) ADP that won't be in the top ten next year, who is not making it?
Mike Tagliere
1:05
That's a great question. I'll say Henry, Cook, Tyreek, Hopkins
CJ

Who do you like more long-term? Allen Robinson in the Bears shaky offense or Amari Cooper in a crowded Cowboys offense?
Mike Tagliere
1:07
Long term, I'd probably go Robinson. He's set to be a free agent after this year, though I'm sure he may get franchise tagged. Best case, the QB play improves and he only gets better. Worst case, the QB play is bad (he already proved he can pull through), and he has a new QB throwing him the ball in 2021.

Tags- When are you going to have me on as a celebrity guest for Fantasy Feud??

Is this Calvin Johnson?

whats your preference in a 12 team dynasty...get a couple studs and fill out the roster with what you can or build a deep team with lots of quality playable players. My team is deep (WR's are Boyd, Landry, McLaurin, Shepard, R. Anderson, Marquis Brown) but i thinking of trying to turn the depth into more top end players
Mike Tagliere
1:07
Yeah, depth is always good to have, but you want a lineup that people fear. Give me the studs.

Hey Tags, thanks for all your fantastic work on this site. You’re one of the hardest workers in the fantasy world. Appreciate it man. I’m finding it hard to separate Zeke, Kamara, and Cook in full PPR. Who are you grabbing as your RB1 in PPR from that group and why?
Mike Tagliere
1:08
I appreciate you! We talked about this on today's podcast that'll come out later tonight. I legit had this decision and talked through it quite a bit. Make sure you tune in to hear more on why, but I'd take Kamara.

Hey Tags, you're more bullish on Aaron Rodgers this season than most fantasy analysts. Believe he's seventh in your QB ranks. Why do you like Rodgers this season when he's hampered by LaFleur and Packers didn't add any WRs in draft or any amazing free agent pass catchers?
Mike Tagliere
1:11
He's never finished worse than QB9 in any season he's played at least 10 games. It was his first year in the offense, he lost Davante Adams for a month, and the running backs had insanely high TD rates. Game-for-game, he's been the best fantasy quarterback in history among those with 40-plus games of experience (only Mahomes, Watson are ahead). One bad year won't turn me off, which again, was still the QB9.

Hey Mike, where are you at with Fournette this season? Do you think there's a chance Jags trade him at trade deadline, like Drake situation last year, and he could be a league winner in back half of season if ends up in right situation? What RBs in that range are you taking Fournette over?
Mike Tagliere
1:13
I'm souring on Fournette this year. I was one of the highest on him last year, but now with Gruden coming in and bringing Chris Thompson with him, I worry about his pass-game usage. My projections had him as a back-end RB2, though I have him right there around the RB17 range. I'd rather have Drake, Gurley, CEH, etc.

In a 12 team ppr superflex dynasty league. I have picks 5,6,7,13 of a rookie draft. You can start up to 5 WR each week, is it smart to go WR,WR,RB or try to get at least 2 of the top RBs  in the draft assuming two QBs go before me. Not sure which way to go. Thanks for the advice.
Mike Tagliere
1:14
It's way too hard to say without knowing who will be on the board. I'm guessing the top-tier RBs will be gone by that point, so yeah, I'd likely be looking at WR.

If you spend up at wide receiver and tight end early (round 1 and 2) which 3/4/5 round running backs do you consider possible with that top 5 finish upside like you predicted with Aaron Jones.
Mike Tagliere
1:15
Kenyan Drake was that guy, but it seems many are catching on and he's a round 2 pick now. Edwards-Helaire and Gurley are two guys being taken outside the top-15 RBs who have top-five upside. But I really wanted to say Drake, because he's gonna ball out.
Oh, Jonathan Taylor has that upside as well.

In dynasty, what is the range for a good trade target if giving up T.Y. Hilton?

12 team .5 ppr start up. Going CMC with the first pick. How would you rate these potential group of players at the 2/3 turn? CEH, Jon Taylor, Ekeler, Julio, AJ Brown, Ridley and Kenny G
Mike Tagliere
1:18
Dynasty? CEH (he shouldn't be there), Julio, Taylor, Ridley, Golladay, Brown

1:18
how do you feel about taking Ridley over Julio at the 2/3 turn in a 12 team startup dynasty?
Mike Tagliere
1:18
As much as I love Ridley, it's still Julio. Plan for 2-3 years in dynasty. Julio still has that.

Hi Mike....10 team PPR. 3 keepers, already keeping Kittle, Kamara, Tyreek.  Worked myself in to picking 7/8/9 in the 1st round.  How would you rank the following: ARob, DJ Moore, Tyler Lockett, Juju, Thielen, AJ Brown, Jonathan Taylor, Leveon, Gurley, Ingram, Montgomery....I get 3 out of that group in basically every mock I've done

Hey guys, I posted all my updated rankings on the site throughout this week. Tough to rank all of them without taking a lot of time, but here's the link: https://www.fantasypros.com/2020/06/mike-taglieres-early-2020-fantasy-...

Hey tags, big fan of you and Bobby. Always informative and entertaining. Anyways, what do you feel is an optimal start in a best ball draft? RB RB RB, RB RB WR, RB TE WR? etc etc... lets assume roster starts 3WR, full ppr. Thanks!
Mike Tagliere
1:21
I legit never go into a draft with any sort of strategy. In best ball, get the studs, no matter if it's RB, WR, TE...

Hey Mike, big fan. .5 PPR dynasty, I’ve got the 1.01 and 1.04. 1.01 is easy with CEH, I’m assuming Taylor is gone as well by 4. I’m a rebuilding team right now so I’m looking for the best long-term pick at 1.04. Appears my choice will be between who’s left of Swift / Dobbins and Lamb / Jeudy, who would you be hoping for in my scenario at 4? Thanks!
Mike Tagliere
1:22
I'm taking Jeudy there every time. He's my 1.03 behind CEH and Taylor.

Hi Tags, big fan of your great work. I need your advice. Dynasty PPR Superflex league with three starting WR + one Flex. I'm competing for the title this season. An owner put DJ Moore im the trade block. I have Godwin, Robinson, Thielen, Boyd, Slayton, J. Hurd and A. Brown. Should I trade for Moore and if so what should I offer. I own my 1st and two 2nd round picks in 2021. Best regard Kyle
Mike Tagliere
1:23
I wouldn't trade for Moore, his perceived value is too high. In fact, I think he's a sell-high.
