I definitely want at least one top-10 running back on my roster, but you shouldnt be reaching if there are stud wide receivers available. A lot of my roster construction to this point includes two top-20 running backs and then Ronald Jones/Tarik Cohen as the 3rd back.

Hi Tags, can you talk about your strategy for super flex? Specifically when you like to grab QBs?
Mike Tagliere
1:39
I don't go in with a set strategy. You want to pay attention to the trends. Don't start the QB trend, but don't get caught at the tail end. Aim to get one of the top-12 quarterbacks, then as your second quarterback, snag someone who has zero chance to lose the starting job. Some of my favorites in that range are Joe Burrow and Gardner Minshew. It's a "feel" thing in Superflex and 2QB leagues. My best advice would be to go into the DraftWizard and practice spotting trends from different spots in the draft.

Hi Mike, started a new dynasty best ball league and ended up with Thomas, Tyreek, and Julio to start. I managed to snag Gurley and DJ as my main RBs, but am I screwed without trading for someone better? 12-team PPR, 1qb, 2wr, 2rb, 2 flex. Thanks!

You'll be okay this year but you're going to have an issue on your hands next season. Maybe you can unload Hill for a top-tier running back to help even things out?

CEH over Michael Thomas in 1/2 ppr keeper league?
Mike Tagliere

I don't think I'd go that far, though it's not out of the question.

Favorite draft position this year?

No. 1 overall. If forced to choose another... No. 3.

How do we feel about josh Allen, singletary and the bills offense from a fantasy stand point this year? Both weekly starters?
Mike Tagliere

Singletary should be a fine high-end RB3, though very limited upside. Allen isn't someone I'll have much of because of where he's going in drafts. Just not enough consistency for me to take him ahead of guys like Matt Ryan. Here's the link to an article highlighting that: https://www.fantasypros.com/2020/08/boom-bust-and-everything-in-betwee...

Receive: Robinson, DeAndre Washington, 2023 1st

I'll take Allen Robinson and the 1st.

I've got 1.02 in a SFBX clone. Gotta go Mahomes (or Jackson) there, right?
Mike Tagliere

Yeah, I had the 1.01 pick in mine and went with CMC but really debated Mahomes there.

What’s your take on Mecole Hardman? What do you think his upside is this season?
Mike Tagliere
1:45
There's certainly upside there, though it's worrisome that KC re-signed Demarcus Robinson and retained Sammy Watkins, as it likely means Hardman won't be a full-time player. I have heard they're taking him off returns, which intrigues me a bit more, as he doesn't need many targets to return value. Ideally, he's the WR5 on your team.

Why are people so low on Ceedee Lamb for redraft this year? He’s walking into over 150+ vacated targets and he should get a decent chunk of that. Are people not sure Dak can support 3 starting quality WRs?
Mike Tagliere
1:48
That's exactly it... go through and find out how many teams support three top-30 receivers. It simply doesn't happen. Lamb is also coming from a college team that had weak competition, so his adjustment period might be a bit longer.
