Yeah, I would do that. Taylor can be a league winner and Sutton will be back soon. I have OBJ at WR12, Chark at WR14, so neither should be sat. I'd sit Woods to play both.

What up! I believe he bounces back, as the Chiefs have three cornerbacks starting who probably shouldn't be (injuries, suspensions). I do worry about him overall though, as Williams has a bigger role than I expected.
