Also digging Max Dunbar's recent work.

Do we already know the publisher for James Harren's creator owned project? Image?
Felix Lu
9:53
You're on the right track there...;)
Sean
9:53
Hey all! Sean here
Felix Lu
9:53
Hi Sean!
Sean
9:53
Can someone explain what a “complete issue” is?
Felix Lu
9:53
Cover + all the pages.
Victor B.
9:53
I know you mentioned Stephen is parting with Sea Of Stars issue 4, is can the same be said on issue 5?
Felix Lu
9:54
He's keeping SOS #4, but we should have #5!
Jason K
9:54
You gotta have great art and make great books to do the complete issue thing. Your crew has been bangin them out
Felix Lu
9:54
Hey Jason! And yes...that makes things easy for sure!
Tim D

Interested in seeing Lorena Alvarez as well, new to me. I'm super impressed with Evan Cagle.
Felix Lu
9:55
Is Evan Cagle doing comics?
Mikail
9:55
Thanks for the Filya ref Tom

I Bought a full issue of The Legend of Luther Strode and Felix was amazing with time payments, fairly sure I will never be able to afford a full issue from Tradd again, he has blown up too much since :)
Felix Lu
9:55
You struck at the right time! So much about this hobby is timing.
Newell
9:55
A complete issue would be amazing, but I assume those are a little out of my price range, lol.
Felix Lu
9:56
It depends...you can always shoot me a message to discuss! But it's also not necessary to put together a great collection...it's one of those things that becomes more interesting the longer you collect...
Tim D
9:57
Cagle has some covers and it looks like he may be working on something with Ram V writing?
Felix Lu
9:57
Look forward to checking it out!
Jason K
9:57
Evan is working on something with Ram V
Mikail
9:57
Wow, congrats Tim! I read Strode much later - I'd love to have had a shot at an issue complete
Felix Lu
9:57
What I love about Tradd's work on Strode is that each arc has a distinct style. Makes the whole thing very collectible.
Victor B.
9:57
Felix is great about time payments! Also just depends how much you really want it
Felix Lu
9:58
Thanks Victor! Yes, we'll work with you on a complete issue purchase, if that's what you really want.

Any heads up details on a daniel warren johnson commission list?? That guys stuff is insane!
Felix Lu
9:59
Sorry to say, not anytime soon. Still needs to complete 2019 list. WONDER WOMAN: DEAD EARTH is keeping him VERY busy for next few months, and knowing Daniel, once he's done with that, he'll dive into his next thing. He's a crazy ball of creative energy, but there are only 24 hours in a day.
Jason K
9:59
@Tim remember I'm always here for you

William Stout turned me on to Lorena Alvarez.  He said it was no contest in terms of her getting the award.  https://www.google.com/search?q=lorena+alvarez+hicotea&source=lnms&tbm...
As far as previous Russ Manning winners, I'm still hoping for Nate Simpson to make Nonplayer #3.  It's only been five years since issue #2!
Felix Lu
10:01
Really dig Nate Simpson's stuff (what was the wait between #1 and #2? Longer?), but it's just gonna have to be a surprise if/when we see anything new.
Pat L
10:01
congrats on that complete issue Tim!
Felix Lu
10:01
Welcome to the club yourself, Pat!
Mikail
10:01
Marco Santucci has been good too. I really liked the Swamp Thing pages he posted.
Jason K

Luther Strode seems to be one of the most underrated series ever. Freaking amazing work from Tradd
Felix Lu
10:02
LS was never going to get an audience like it would have if it was a major Big Two character. So I'm super-glad Tradd did SSB. There's a giant audience that needed to be exposed to his work. I think LS will get a boost from that now, too.
Newell
10:03
Felix, that's a fair point. Though I think in most cases, I'd rather grab a couple of different pieces than a whole issue.
Felix Lu

thumbs up emoji!
