@Morgan / @Marcus - The artists should not be contacted about issues with Cadence. All issues with unfilled commissions or purchases need to go to Cadence.

@Marcus - If the commission was requested/paid for via Cadence that is who you need to work with. In some cases the artists were never made aware of the commission requests and were not paid.

I can confirm it - a friend has contacted an artist he commissioned through Cadence and the artist new of the commission, but wasn't paid for it.  He's working with Andrew/Corey in the hopes of getting it/a refund.

I hope that Artists that finished Cadence commissions were already paid? And if paid, would be willing to mail art to  customers. 🤞

Do we know if the issue is just commissions, or also published pages? I have a few partially filled orders (got some but not all pages I ordered) and a friend is in a similar position.
