@Morgan  Wish I had picked them up, good timing.  I have moved my interests more to OA as well.  That was a primary reason for my comic collecting, the artwork.

@josh...there's an app which can make pics appear as scans...Camscanner? Something like that...

@Josh I have one of those printer/scanners. Small... have to scan in three pieces and stitch together.

@Ron...get an Epson WorkForce...11X17...those things are workhorses...and very affordable...Lambo turned me onto them...they're great!

@felix yeah. Comic collecting totally different beast. Zero emotional attachment. Just a transaction. Though I'm sure there are OA ppl who have that attitude toward the art

@Felix, it's the space that's a concern. My home office is a mess. Someday I'll upgrade to the big scanner.

Just caught up with the thread. Good stuff. While y'all are talking about scanners, I gotta ask Felix how he photographs his Paul Pope and all other oversized art (over 11x17)? Your "Scans" are fantastic!

@David...those are scans, too! Just have to scan in sections, and then stitch together...

Now, that's a BIG one and can do 13X19...you really only need the one that goes to 11X17...and those you can get for around $150 on a sale (or for an older model)...cheap!

@David...I have a couple that I got from Steve way back when (at APE in SF, if anyone remembers that show), but haven't gotten any since I started repping him.
And I don't even remember exactly what they were, lol!! Buried in my mountain of stuff in storage...
