I had to wait for him to get the urge to draw something in my wheelhouse and pounce. I called him the day I bought it and told him that I literally would've stopped talking to him if someone else bought it off his site before I did.

When I signed up for the claim sale, I didn't think about it probably being better to have my name in my username. Hopefully that won't affect my ability to try and snag something (even though I likely won't be fast enough on the trigger).

@andy -- yeah, our families have become friends. Before the pandemic he and Casey and Megan (who is Skottie's site manager) all spent four days at Stately Wood Manor. We went through an entire wine fridge. Never seen anything like it.

@bruce Lai kinda depends!  Sometimes its a cover for a cover, but mostly its a small interior page for a interior page.  SOmetimes we sketch for each other too.
