I’ve never really been a fan of going to conventions, too much walking, way too many people and the restrooms are not great. But I did have good interactions with DWJ and Paolo Rivera to the ones I went to

I'm not gonna lie.  I'm pretty convinced I've had it or will get it, but at some point, I have to put faith in wearing a mask, being vaxxed, etc.

Dragon Con, which is usually 85K is expecting 40 K and not selling the popular Saturday Only pass.

I saw an article re: gathering of 15 (all "vaxxed"), 11 ended up testing +.  Considering the low-low percentages of post-vax testing +, 11 of 15 is much worse than advertised.

@Nathan K...not much interest in Pacific Northwest for OA...which is weird because Seattle and Portland both have strong comics culture. But...Albert will confirm. No sales.

@Victor The key to SDCC is getting the slightly lighter preview night to walk around. Then the other days, I wander in an hour after open and split by 4pm.

@Felix, in the old days I'd wander down every row at SDCC but now I miss a lot of stuff. To me, it's about getting away, nerding out on my favorite stuff, hitting some nice restaurants, etc

@Ron...well, that's the last remaining perk of the dealer badge...you can get in the show early, before the crowds...that one hour allows you to walk down a lot of aisles, unimpeded...
