Lord Heavenly Father we pray for all the drs and nurses who are treating patients give them the equipment to keep them safe we pray just now that you would wipe out this virus which is moving through the world you are a God of miracles we cry out to you oh lord as your children we pray for a cure to be found so we can vaccinate against it lord we pray for those who are hurting who have loved ones who are sick and those who have lost loved ones we also pray for those who are in isolation lock down who are on there own and feel scared and lonely just give them peace and help them to reach out to others through phone or text help us as a united salvation army think and care for each other as we are one in the lord brothers and sisters in christ now we pray for all those groups that are working so hard giving out food parcels going shopping picking up perscriptions for people pleasekeep them safe and thank you for them and we all say in unity AMEN

Today I am especially praying for 1000’s of older people who are lonely isolated confused and afraid. Some of them have been separated from their loved ones, lost their loved ones and are unable to communicate with them. I am also praying for all our staff who are lovingly sacrificially caring for our older people in our care homes. May God protect them strengthen them and use them to show Gods love in abundance. May Gods shielding of covid-19 be over all of the Care homes.
