When do you think Blake snell will be signed, and to who, it feels like his rumors have calmed down since the Hader signing?
Bruce

There are quite a few teams that have been linked to Montgomery all Snell, but only two teams are going to get them.  Who are the most likely free agent fall backs for the teams that miss out, understanding that the trade market may also be an option.  Thinking of the Rangers for example.
Anthony Franco
4:15
As far as Snell specifically, I'll take the Angels. Still have ample payroll room and they have to do more than they've done so far
4:16
Fallback options on the rotation: Lorenzen, Clevinger, Turnbull, Junis, Ryu

Brewers made one big move. Do they have another? A surprise player for a good SP?
Anthony Franco
4:17
Not expecting an impact arm but they make sense for a cheaper back-end guy
Russ
4:17
What percentage do u give the Cubs to make a trade with Cleveland for their closer?
Anthony Franco
4:18
Around 2%? I don't think the Guardians are trading him at all, and if they did, the Cubs would be competing with half the league for him

4:19
Which teams are most hurt by the RSN issue?
Anthony Franco
4:19
D-Backs, Padres and Rockies were all dropped by their providers entirely. Rangers, Guardians and Twins probably have to renegotiate their deals at a lower price
4:20
With how aggressively they'd spent in the previous couple seasons, I think it's fair to say the Padres were hit the hardest

Explain  MLB  bedroom police stance on Bauer as he has never been found guilty
Anthony Franco
4:21
I don't think there's an overarching MLB stance on Bauer so much as each team understands there'd be a huge public relations backlash to signing him and have each decided they don't want to be the ones dealing with it

Who's your favorite all time player?
Anthony Franco
4:22
I don't know that I have one. I was a Cubs fan growing up and Starlin Castro was the first top prospect I followed closely before he got to the majors, so he was up there for a while
4:23
I really loved watching AJ Pollock in his peak seasons with the D-Backs
AirYordan
4:23
Do you think the Astros will still be in contention in 2026?
Anthony Franco
4:25
I don't think they'll be a 100-win team at that point but there's enough controllable pitching to go with Yordan, Pena, Diaz and maybe Altuve (assuming they extend him) that I expect they'll still be pretty good three years from now
Ryan

The Reds added 8.5 WAR with the players they signed and lost only a total of .5 WAR with the people that those players will replace. That's a solid off-season. They've added a LOT of depth to their pitching. They seem to have a great shot at winning the Central. What are your thoughts?
Anthony Franco
4:25
Mentioned this earlier but yeah, I'd lean toward them as my pick
4:26
I can see arguments for any of Milwaukee, Chicago, Cincinnati and St. Louis (Cardinals to a lesser extent), so I wouldn't take any over the field though

Why no player chats this winter?
Anthony Franco
4:27
Not sure why we haven't tried to line any of those up actually. That's a good question
MLB
4:27
As a continuation of what AirYordan said, which players do you think the Astros will extend out of their pending FA's
Anthony Franco
4:27
Just Altuve. I'd guess Bregman, Tucker and Framber all head elsewhere a year or two from now
SB
4:28
Who do you think is winning the Super Bowl?
Anthony Franco
4:28
San Francisco
Alright, we're at 90 minutes so I'm going to wrap up here
