Does MLB have another Television coverage in place because losing $1.6 billion is a big hit, will teams lose the individual $180-200 million it gets as well or is there a reserve ?

They'll find something else. Unlikely to match what the ESPN deal would have paid, but they knew that was coming because TV rights fees are declining everywhere. ESPN was open to renegotiating at a lower number. The only reason MLB declined is because they feel they can beat that with another provider (or providers, if they separate Sunday Night Baseball, the Derby, and the Wild Card round and sell them individually)
