Who could be an under the radar controllable bat trade prospect? Jerry Dipoto said he isn't high on the rental market.
Anthony Franco

Lane Thomas, Nick Senzel, maybe Yastrzemski if the Giants fall out of it

do you see any managerial changes coming up.......
Anthony Franco
5:17
Not really. The teams that have been bad mostly either a) expected to be, b) recently hired their manager or c) have entrenched veterans (Bud Black, Terry Francona, Bob Melvin) that aren't going anywhere
5:18
The Cubs don't really fit any of those criteria but they've been pretty steadfast in their support for David Ross

If MLB does end up expanding to 32 teams, do they realign into 4 8-team divisions?  At least that way there wouldn't be Central teams getting automatic bids into the playoffs...
Anthony Franco

NFL does 8 divisions of four, so that'd be my guess

It is a little sad to see Mike Trout on the backside of his amazing career. The Angels are pretty bad hitting with RISP. Trout is hitting .205 and has left a lot of guys on base. I hope he goes back to using the whole field and can cut down on the Ks. Any thoughts?

RISP splits can bounce all over the place, particularly in samples this small (55 plate appearances for Trout). Wouldn't read anything into it
5:21
He's been a little less than peak Trout this year but I don't think he lost the ability to deliver in key situations
Dalbec
5:21
Could the framework of Dalbec to the Mariners work? Maybe for a reliever?
Anthony Franco
5:24
I guess? He's probably worse than Suarez but he's hitting for power in Triple-A and they could use offense. Wouldn't be any of Seattle's top five or six guys though, Dalbec's value is really low
5:25
If you want to swap him for someone like Matt Festa, that's probably viable
Alright I'm pushing 90 minutes and have to pivot to the main site

Had a decent number of questions today so I didn't get to everything. Sorry if I missed yours, happy to take them on Twitter if you want to ask me there
Otherwise, we'll do this again next Friday. Thanks as always for supporting the site and for all the questions! Have a great weekend!
