I don't expect of the fringe teams to blow things up. One of Seattle, Houston or Toronto is going to be disappointed but they all had strong seasons. Cubs have fallen off down the stretch but were a fringe contender to begin with
Miami and Cincinnati expected to be competitive but weren't popular preseason picks for a playoff spot
